		<description>I&#039;m sorry about the delay, Anna.  In all honesty I couldn&#039;t tell you.  All other emails seem to be getting sent practically instantly (I just tested out the password reset utility).  The only excuse (which I&#039;ll admit is ridiculously lame) is that sometimes these delays occur to all emails, but it&#039;s usually on the receiving end, in which case it&#039;s out of our control.

My advice for next time - if you don&#039;t get an email in a few minutes, submit the form again.  If you don&#039;t get it after the second response, email busiplus@gmail.com and we&#039;ll take care of it for you ASAP.</description>
